1. Privacy statement
1000348619 Ontario Inc., doing business as Rockfirm Marketing (“Rockfirm”, “we”, “us”), is a marketing consultancy in Hamilton, Ontario. This statement explains what personal information we collect through rockfirm.ca, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Who is responsible
1000348619 Ontario Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. Our Privacy Officer is the person in charge of protecting it. Contact the Privacy Officer at elias@rockfirm.ca with any question, request or complaint about your personal information.
What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need for these purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Service providers and where information is stored
We use a few trusted providers to run this site. They process information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the booking system and protects it from attacks.
- Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet and Gmail) holds booked calls and sends invites and reminders.
- Google Analytics measures site use, only if you accept cookies. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with it.
These providers may store or process information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. Before using a provider, we assess whether the information will be adequately protected.
How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Access to booking records, calendars and analytics is limited to Rockfirm staff who need it, using accounts protected by two-step sign-in. If a breach ever creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and, where it applies, Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.
2. Cookies and your consent
When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks whether we may use Google Analytics cookies. Nothing that tracks you loads unless you choose “Accept.” “Decline” is just as easy, and the site works the same either way.

You can change your choice at any time. Declining after you accepted stops analytics and removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site. We also ask again whenever this statement changes in a way that affects cookies.
3. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information or stop using it, where the law allows;
- withdraw consent you have given, subject to legal or contract limits;
- receive information you gave us in a commonly used digital format (Quebec residents).
Email elias@rockfirm.ca. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. There is no charge.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
4. Terms of service
By using rockfirm.ca you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You may browse the site and book calls for genuine business purposes. Please don’t misuse the booking system, for example with automated, false or repeated bookings, or try to interfere with the site’s security.
Booking a call
The free 15-minute call carries no obligation on either side. You can reschedule or cancel online using the link in your confirmation email, up to 4 hours before the call. After that, email us. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Content
The text, design and Rockfirm name and logo belong to 1000348619 Ontario Inc. Photographs and client names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification. Please don’t copy or reuse site content without written permission.
No advice or warranty
The site gives general information, not professional advice for your situation. It is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rockfirm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update this page and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
